All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.

This website is owned and operated by Qualitops Pty. Ltd.

All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Qualitops may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items.

All prices listed on this website, unless otherwise stated are in Australian dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST. If you are a wholesale customer, when logged into your account prices will be displayed exclusive of GST.

All charges will be processed in Australian dollars.

Qualitops reserves the right to limit the purchase quantities of certain items.

Qualitops will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Qualitops will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control.

If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery Qualitops will notify its customers within 3 business days.

Goods will be shipped via courier or Australia Post.

Once Payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped.

Please allow 2 – 10 business days. For any bulk / custom orders please allow 10 – 30 business days for delivery.

EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

Qualitops will deliver to addresses within Australia only. Goods will not be shipped internationally.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Any personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose which you have provided it and will not be added to any third party mailing lists.

Credit card transactions and personal information with Qualitops are safe.

Our secure server software (SSL) is the e-commerce industry standard and encrypts all payment information when you make a purchase. This prevents unauthorised access to your private information.

Our website does not store Credit Card or any other payment method credentials.

SHIPPING

We only ship within Australia.

Delivery is via third party courier or Australia Post.

It is our company policy that we do not ship to Post Office boxes.

All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery.

Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.

As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior to or during delivery.

If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative like your work address for delivery.

If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.

Order(s) cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.

Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 10 business days for delivery. For any bulk / custom orders please allow 10 – 30 business days for delivery.

Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.

Victoria – $15.00
Rest of Australia – $20.00

Per carton cost for orders over 9 units

Victoria – $15.00
Rest of Australia – $30.00

20 x Fleece units (Hoodies, Windcheaters, Jackets, Pants.)
60 x other units (Tees, Polos, Singlets, Skivvies etc.)

Bulk Orders

250+ fleece units (hoodies, windcheaters, jackets, pants)
500+ other units (tees, polos, singlets, skivvies etc.)

Freight to be quoted separately via email, not in cart.

RETURNS

Defective items will be credited or replaced.

Qualitops will not refund freight cost for incorrect purchase or change of mind.

These goods must be returned in original condition at the customer’s expense.

It is our strict policy not to credit or refund items that have been decorated (e.g. printed or embroidered) or altered even if they are faulty.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check all garments before doing any alterations.

All Refund requests need to be made in writing to onlinestore@qualitops.com.au within 7 days of purchase.

In the event that Qualitops chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged will be refunded.
